Return Policy

Returns

Returns are accepted under the following conditions only:

• The returned item must be unworn and in new condition.
• The return must be received by Reagan Supply within 15 days of the confirmed delivery date.
• We do not accept returns based on customer's change of mind.

Refunds

After receiving the returned item, Reagan Supply will issue a refund for the value of the item, minus shipping fees. Reagan Supply will not refund any customer whose order is not received because the shipping address provided during the checkout procedure was inaccurate or incomplete unless that order is classified as undeliverable and returned to Reagan Supply.

In a case of a missing package on orders placed in the United States we will offer a refund or send out a new package. This only applies to packages that the shipping company shows as not having been delivered to the address on the order. If your package was delivered but you did not receive it, it is your responsibility to contact the shipping company and resolve the issue. In a case of a missing package on international orders, we will offer a 70% refund. We will not be send out a second replacement package, and a new order will have to be placed. It is also your responsibility to contact the shipping company and file a claim for the missing package.

Exchanges & Returns

To return/exchange an item, print out your email invoice and mail that along with your item back to us at:

You will then receive a store credit for the value of your exchanged item, minus shipping fees.

Once we receive the returned merchandise we will immediately take care of corrections that need to be made. We will review your invoice and the corrections you have given and will correct any errors made on our behalf.
